Relax and Renew
A quiet, supported class for those wanting a gentle approach
Level I
Experience the fundamental postures that promote flexibility, strength and balance. This class is designed for those who are new to yoga or would like to focus on the basic postures.
Level I – II
Basics and beyond. This is a mixed level course for students who are ready to dive in and experienced practitioners who would like to strengthen their foundation.
Journey Toward Wellness
This is a class that incorporates motion, range of motion and breath within the asana. The postures will be broken down into segments so that the practitioner can understand within their own body the movement, stability, and stillness within.
